These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of okjl shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and regulatory bodies.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okjl ("okjl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at okjl.one ("Platform"). Age Verification: okjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified to okjl's satisfaction will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited.
okjl makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines. If you access the Platform from outside the Philippines, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
To access the full range of okjl services, you must create a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration:
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each individual may hold only one active okjl account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. okjl uses technical and manual verification methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
okjl is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at okjl's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.
Your okjl account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. okjl will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okjl account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
You must notify okjl immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, or if you believe your login credentials have been compromised. You can contact our support team via live chat at any time. okjl will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but will not be liable for losses incurred prior to notification.
okjl recommends that you use a strong, unique password for your account and enable two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number. You should never access your okjl account from a shared or public device without logging out completely after each session.
All financial transactions on the okjl Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits:
okjl currently accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and chosen payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your okjl account instantly. Bank transfers may take one to three business days to reflect, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. okjl is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Funds deposited into your okjl account are held for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. okjl maintains player funds in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. Deposited funds do not earn interest. You may not use your okjl account as a general banking or payment facility — deposits must be used for gaming purposes.
All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). If you attempt to deposit using a foreign currency, your payment provider may apply a conversion rate and associated fees, for which okjl accepts no responsibility.
You may request a withdrawal of available funds from your okjl account at any time, subject to the following conditions:
okjl does not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. Please check with your payment provider for details.
okjl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and any winnings derived from them cannot be withdrawn.
All bonuses have an expiry period, which will be stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
okjl reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to circumvent the spirit of the promotion. Decisions made by okjl in this regard are final.
Bonuses are available to eligible players only. okjl reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion. Certain promotions may be restricted to players in specific regions of the Philippines or to players who have completed specific account actions.
All games available on the okjl Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.
All applicable games on the okjl Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The RNG systems used by okjl's game providers are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories.
In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, okjl reserves the right to void any affected bets or game rounds. okjl will not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct outcome as recorded in okjl's server logs shall prevail.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. okjl reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time without prior notice.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okjl Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:
All content on the okjl Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of okjl or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of okjl.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okjl's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okjl account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
okjl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if okjl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
okjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okjl will use reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms limits okjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, okjl reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in your account. Where termination occurs for reasons other than breach — such as at your own request — any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
You may close your okjl account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules.
okjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, okjl will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the okjl Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. okjl operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the okjl Platform, you agree to first contact okjl's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. okjl will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines. You irrevocably waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by Philippine courts over any such dispute.
